  • The person is responsible for driving market research, identifying high-potential markets and product groups, managing customer inquiries and orders, and negotiating contracts. This role also involves improving operational efficiency, integrating technology to reduce manual errors, and continuously evaluating and reporting on sales performance and market trends. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations, timely responses, and profitability in line with company goals

Technical Skills :
  • Negotiation and contract management - Negotiation and Contract Management o Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, including pricing, delivery, Logistics and payment terms. Prepare, review, and manage export contracts and agreements. o Handle pricing strategies, Raw material and currency risk management as per the management guidelines.
  • Operational efficiency - Introduce technology integration to increase work speed and reduce manual errors. Periodic schedule reviews with both the customer and internal team on RFQ and development until mass production kick off.
