Description :
  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, and maintaining all hardware and software within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in IT support, network administration, and system configuration, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities :
  • 1Installation and configuration of SAP Client software. 19. Provide second level support for SAP entry operators.20. Backing up user data upon request.
  • Service monitoring, application monitoring, OS health check, Application health check
  • Installation and configuration of Multifunction Devices, Network Printers and Plotters. Assigning rights to the printers and multifunction devices. Maintaining and managing the same.
  • Monitoring & First level maintenance of LCD projector
  • Trouble Shooting of Local Area Network.
  • Installation of LAN card, printers, Scanner,Barcode Printers etc.
  • To evaluate the user requirement for required Hardware / Software.
  • Migration of users from using proprietary applications to open source and provide basic training to them.
  • Maintaining inventory of all IT assets including software installations in Sharepoint.
  • 1Follow up with ISP for break down in Leased Line and RF link and for technical issues, To manage the IT infrastructure & maintain 95% uptime of all IT resources., 1Monitoring SLA’s with vendors and revisiting the same for better uptimes.
  • Documenting replacements made by AMC vendors.Keep track of IT assets movement inside the plant,Periodic antivirus software updates.
  • Identifying IT consumable purchase requirements of each plant and initiate purchase requisition, receipt & management of IT consumable inventory. Complying with the Software License compliance guidelines defined by corporate IT. Complying with the data security guidelines defined by corporate IT..
Technical Skills :
