Description :
  • The Incharge - Production Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production department within the automotive steel components manufacturing facility.
  • This role requires a comprehensive understanding of fine blanking, precision machining processes, and automotive rubber products manufacturing, along with strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the production team.
  • The Incharge - Production Engineer is responsible for meeting production targets, optimizing production processes, and maintaining high quality standards in compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  • Develop and implement production plans, including resource allocation, production targets, and quality control measures.
  • Monitor production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze production data and reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement in production processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering team to resolve technical challenges and implement new technologies and processes for production enhancements.
  • Supervise and guide production technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Maintain production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for production personnel, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including quality assurance, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless production flow.
