  • The Incharge - Production - Heat Treatment is a key role in our manufacturing process. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of heat treatment operations, ensuring optimal quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of heat treatment processes, equipment, and materials.
  • This role will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Responsibilities :
  • Oversee all aspects of heat treatment operations, including planning, scheduling, execution, and quality control.
  • Manage and maintain heat treatment equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Train and supervise heat treatment technicians, ensuring they meet performance standards and comply with safety regulations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for heat treatment equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of heat treatment operations, including process parameters, results, and any deviations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of heat treatment processes into the overall production process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new heat treatment processes.
Technical Skills :
  • Heat Treatment Processes - Deep understanding of various heat treatment processes, including annealing, hardening, tempering, carburizing, and nitriding.
  • Heat Treatment Equipment - Expertise in operating and maintaining heat treatment equipment, including furnaces, quench tanks, and associated controls.
  • Materials Science - Knowledge of different materials used in heat treatment, including metals, alloys, and their properties.
  • Quality Control - Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for heat treatment processes.
  • Safety Regulations - Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to heat treatment operations.
