Description :
  • The Graduate Management Trainee (Assistant - MD - Projects) plays a vital role in supporting the Managing Director in the execution and oversight of critical projects within the Automotive Steel Components, Fine Blanking, Precision Machining, and Automotive Rubber Products Manufacturing domain.
  • This role involves actively assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and growth.
  • The Trainee will gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving within a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Managing Director in developing and executing project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, procurement) to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including the Managing Director, senior management, and project teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the automotive manufacturing domain.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations, contributing insights and solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical specifications.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies within project scope.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and the broader organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and proprietary information related to projects.
